Join Babz and Benny for this 40 minute lymph flow yoga practice (cues/modificaitons made if you are only able to practice in a chair). We begin connecting with our breaths laying down, and then engage in a hip opening sequence to improve lymph flow and movement of energy. We end our practice with a breathing technique and set an intention for the week ahead.
