We begin by sending in a clearing, cleansing bright light orange energy throughout our bodies to improve our creativity, passion and balance both halfs of our bodies. 
 
We then flow through a seated and standing sequence encooporating full body manual lymph drainage and assist from our friend gravity. 
 
We then spend a restoring few moments of mediation to allow the beneifts to surround and be amongst us.
