Grab two blocks and come and meet me on your mat! This soothing practice will promote mind and body tension relief and delve deep into the hips. We will practice tree pose to improve grounding down into the earth while simultaneously promoting balance and freedom in the upper body and mind. Remembering that trees are very stable because they are also flexible and adaptable. All donations go towards balance with babz scholarship program!
