Something that I did not expect or prepare for was the amount of breast pain and discomfort I experienced during and after breast feeding and pumping. 

I didn't realize how difficult the process would be, and how little I knew.

I started to complete these below four breast massage techniques daily, combining my lymphatic anatomy knowledge with my current life experience and I saw and felt an immediate difference.
