I hereby authorize the above-mentioned classes and teacher training program to be provided by Barbara Jackson Tobin (Balance With Babz Lymph Flow Yoga LLC). I know the practice of medicine is not an exact science and I

acknowledge that no guarantees have been made to me as to the result of these community based classes, and teacher training course. If I experience any pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform the teacher so that adjustments can be made. I affirm that I will not hold Barbara Jackson Tobim, Balance With Babz Lymph Flow Yoga LLC responsible for myself, and

I assume the risk of any injury related to my attendance at Lymph Flow Yoga teacher training, or any classes that I participate in.  I hereby understand, acknowledge and agree to all of the foregoing contained in this assumption of risk waiver of liability by agreeing to this waiver by clicking the text box on the sign up page.
